TrustCore: The Trusted Platform for What’s Next

AI Native. Built for Real Business. TrustCore is the common technology foundation to build, integrate, secure and operate modern enterprise applications — consumed as a fully managed subscription. No infrastructure to run, no upgrade cycles to plan, no platform team to hire.

01 — The foundation

Stop rebuilding the same machinery

Every enterprise application needs the same underlying machinery: a way to authenticate people, model data, run approvals, expose APIs, log what happened, enforce a security policy and survive a bad Tuesday. Built application by application, that machinery gets rebuilt every time — slightly differently, with slightly different controls, and a slightly different set of gaps for an auditor to find.

TrustCore is that machinery, built once and shared. Identity, data, workflow, integration, security, observability, resilience and now agentic AI are platform services rather than per-project code. Applications built on it — TrustSphere's own products such as OneOps and 4sight, and the bespoke solutions we build for clients — inherit the same controls, the same audit trail and the same operational posture on day one.

Consumed as a service, it goes further: TrustSphere hosts, patches, monitors and upgrades the platform. You get a dedicated managed tenancy and the capability that sits on top of it. What you do not get is a platform engineering backlog, a capacity planning exercise, or a major-version migration project every eighteen months.

Application by application

  • Identity and permissions re-implemented per system
  • Integrations written point-to-point, then inherited
  • Audit trails designed late, if at all
  • Every app scaled, patched and monitored on its own
  • Assurance repeated in full for each new system

On TrustCore

  • One identity, role and permission model everywhere
  • Integration as a governed platform service
  • An audit trail on every change by default
  • One operational posture across every application
  • One control set to evidence, test and assure
02 — Platform services

Nine platform services. One foundation.

TrustCore is AI native, secure, integrated and scalable by construction. These are the capabilities every application on it inherits — and everything TrustSphere delivers to you, we run on the same platform ourselves.

04 — What changes

What the platform changes

Reduce development effort

Reuse proven platform capabilities. Identity, workflow, audit and integration are already built, already tested and already in production, so each new application starts from a foundation rather than from a framework.

Accelerate time to market

Move from concept to production faster. Most of what delays an enterprise build is the plumbing around the idea — and on TrustCore the plumbing is already running.

Improve security and governance

Consistent controls across applications. Access model, policy enforcement, audit trail and evidence are inherited from the platform rather than reimplemented, so assurance is one review instead of many.

Simplify integration

Connect systems through standardised APIs. Integration is a platform service with a contract, monitoring and versioning behind it, not point-to-point code maintained by whoever wrote it.

Scale with confidence

Support growing users, workloads and operations. High availability, fault tolerance and horizontal scale are properties of the platform, so growth is a capacity decision rather than a rebuild.

No infrastructure to own

As a managed service, the hosting, patching, monitoring, backup and upgrade path are ours. Your team spends its time on what the application does, not on keeping it up.

05 — How it works

What “as a service” actually means here

The platform is the product; the subscription is how you hold it. Six things that are true of every TrustCore tenancy we run.

  1. 01

A managed tenancy, provisioned for you

You get a dedicated TrustCore tenancy with your own data boundary, configured for your entities, users and access model. Provisioning is measured in days, not in an infrastructure project.

  2. 02

    Subscription, not capex

The commercial model is a subscription covering the platform, the hosting and the management of both. There is no server to buy, no licence true-up exercise and no depreciation schedule to defend.

  3. 03

    Continuously updated

Platform releases, security patches, regulatory content and threat-intelligence feeds are applied by us on a published cadence. You are never three versions behind and planning a migration.

  4. 04

    Data residency and isolation

Tenant isolation is part of the platform design, with data residency options for organisations that need processing to stay within a specific jurisdiction.

  5. 05

Run by the people who built it

The same engineering team that builds TrustCore operates it, with monitoring, incident management and defined service levels behind it.

  6. 06

Grows with you, and lets go cleanly

Start with a single entity and extend to a group-wide rollout as a configuration change. Your data stays yours: export and portability terms are agreed at the start, not negotiated at the end.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between TrustCore, 4sight and OneOps?

TrustCore is the platform — the common foundation of identity, data, workflow, integration, security, observability, resilience and agentic AI. 4sight is the cyber risk intelligence product built on it, and OneOps is the connected business operations platform built on it. Platform as a Service is how you consume the foundation and whatever runs on top, as a managed subscription.

Can we build our own applications on TrustCore?

Yes. That is what the foundation is for. TrustSphere builds bespoke solutions on TrustCore for clients, and where you want your own team involved we provide the platform services, APIs and enablement to do it alongside us.

What does “AI native” actually mean here?

Agentic AI is a platform service, not a feature bolted onto individual applications. Agents are built, orchestrated and governed on TrustCore with the same identity model, approval workflow and audit trail as everything else — which is what makes automating real business decisions defensible rather than merely impressive.

Where is the data hosted, and who can access it?

In a dedicated tenancy with isolation enforced at the platform layer, with data residency options where jurisdiction matters. Access by our operations team is role-based, logged and covered by the contractual terms agreed at onboarding.

How is this different from just buying a SaaS product?

A SaaS product gives you one application. TrustCore as a Service gives you the foundation that application sits on — so the next application, the bespoke module and the integration you have not scoped yet all inherit the same controls, identity model and operational posture instead of starting again.

What happens if we want to leave?

Export and portability are agreed at the start of the subscription rather than discovered at the end of it. Your data is yours, in documented formats, on a defined timeline.
